Terrible Experience- Too over priced for poor quality product

The quality was terrible. I reached out to them and they said it’s because their craftsmen changed blah blah and said they’ll send a new one. After that they stopped responding entirely. It’s been 2 months. No reply. Waste of money .

It's perfect and as ordered but I comment is that the customised metal that has the logo should be rounded as the shape of the place it will be in this shows more attention to detail and higher quality other than that the packaging is amazing and the quality of the embossed is amazing
